Hill Climb Racing

Although the game sounds like you're racing along on hills, it's actually a puzzle game that involves strategy and physics.

The goal of the game is simple: you have to get as far as possible on the track you're on without flipping the car over. This sounds easy, but you have to calculate the right speed to get over the hills without going backward. There is a gas gauge that you have to watch carefully because it will quickly go down before you get to the end of the track if you aren't able to combine the right speed and maneuvers without killing the driver.

There are different types of terrain in the game, and some make it easier to flip the car over than others. You'll also see a few larger hills that you have to climb. These require more speed, which means more gas is used, so you have to get through the rest of the track as quickly as possible. While you're driving along, you collect coins. The coins are used to make upgrades to the car. It's with these upgrades that you have better traction and more speed. There is also a larger gas tank that you can buy.

You'll have your choice of vehicles, and it's best to try all of the vehicles before getting too far in the game so that you know which one works best for your skill level. Some of them are lower to the ground and can get over the hills better while others sit higher off the ground and simply don't do well with the big hills.
